Despite having the same basic form of all Home Savings & Loan Designs, this iteration is seemingly less imposing. A more subtle off-white color palette draws more attention to the multiple layers of façade articulations. This combined with the gold tile rimming under the cornice of the roofline, give the building more of an art-deco feel. The front entrance mosaic depicts a Victorian home and a horse-drawn carriage.
