Fairhaven Eichler Tract

The largest of the Orange County Eichler neighborhoods, the Fairhaven tract benefits from its location towards the heart of the city. It is by far the most walkable of the local Eichler neighborhoods, with schools and certain amenities a short distance away. Home here again feature the customary courtyard entrance, and post and beam construction that allows for walls of glass. Here too is a mix of buildings that have stayed true to their original designs and aesthetics and others that have been modified over the years (generally tastefully) to reflect current design ideologies.
