Fairmeadow Eichler Tract

The Fairmeadow Tract is the middle child of the Orange County Eichlers. Built in the years between Fairhaven and Fairhills, this neighborhood features some of the fixtures of its siblings. Built in a purely suburban setting, it benefits from both larger lot sizes and natural settings of Fairhills, it is still relatively easily accessible like Fairhaven. Well-lit central atriums open up to the entire house, as do the backyards. Low-pitched, or even flat roofs are a staple, as are homes with a-frames built to frame the entrance atrium. (2017)
