Beach Theater
(Bay Theater)
Originally known as the Beach Theater upon its opening, the theater has stood since the 1940s. A neon marquee centers the three-story façade, which is capped by the large letters B-A-Y. Particularly of note is the nautical detailing on the marquee, including an anchor facing the street. A current restoration effort is attempting to preserve some of the remaining features, as well as perhaps restoring those lost over time. (2017)
