Dewella Apartments
Sweeping staircases, brilliant red brick and tile, and a charming rose garden make this Spanish Revival apartment complex the epitome of the glamorous California lifestyle in the late 1920, and early 1930s. These little apartments bring a distinct "Golden Age of Hollywood" flair south to Orange County. An additional two apartment buildings were originally slated to be constructed along the street frontage of the property, but their omission allows the two well-articulated buildings that were built stand out, and frame the neon sign and fountain in the courtyard.
