Laguna Art Museum

Arguably one of the most interesting corners in the county, this museum’s glass front door is a work of art. Like a pyramid rotated 45, the stepped back glass wall and roof reaches diagonally toward the sky. It could also be argued that the glass elements bear a resemblance to a greenhouse. Regardless, the tried and true beachfront design cues of glass and plenty of white paint are well employed here. (2017)
