Cliff May Tracts
(Approximately 50 Buildings)
Two smaller tracts, totaling 50 of Cliff May’s design were built in Tustin. These neighborhoods are unique from other Cliff May tracts in that they are both generally fewer in number, but feature larger lot sizes. While individual homes are in various state of repair and restoration, the signature features of Cliff May’s midcentury modern ranch style can still be found. These include clearstory windows, open floorplans, and large glass doors and windows for indoor-outdoor Californian living. (2017)
