Crystal Cathedral

(Christ Cathedral)

True to its namesake, the cathedral very much looks like a crystal laying on its side lengthwise. Internal structures keep the glass panes in place so as to create a visually seamless exterior. Being that it is an almost entirely glass structure, the interior is very bright and relaxing. New accommodations for the Catholic services now taking place in the church slightly altered the original. Warmer colors and textures replaced the light and modern fixtures from the original design.
